Just received my second pair of orthotics from Graham and I am very pleased with his service. I had forgot when I got my first pair that minor adjustments might be needed, he made a slight adjustment right then and there and it made all the difference. The staff are very friendly and punctual with appointments. Highly recommend this location!
What an incredible experience I had with Graham today at Kintec Salmon Arm. I am coming off rehab of an ankle reconstruction surgery. Firstly their staff was able to get me a cancellation appointment the same day I called. When I got there , Graham was able to diagnose my walk, and what may be causing my pain and explain it to me in terms I understood. He got me setup with a brace and now orthodocs are coming. I'm 2 years year out and very happy with my orthotics (even got a second pair). They've been a game changer for walking/hiking and allowing me to stay on my feet longer. I really appreciated that Graham took the time to follow up and make sure they were a perfect fit.
