Take in the whole experience. Try on all the shoes…. Guaranteed they have the shoe that makes you float and run…..amazing store…when a shoe can make you run at 5:30a.m. You know it works.
They made me very comfortable orthotics. Very kind and professional, would recommend to anyone who needs orthotics. They also have good shoes
Just received my second pair of orthotics from Graham and I am very pleased with his service. I had forgot when I got my first pair that minor adjustments might be needed, he made a slight adjustment right then and there and it made all the difference. The staff are very friendly and punctual with appointments. Highly recommend this location!
What an incredible experience I had with Graham today at Kintec Salmon Arm. I am coming off rehab of an ankle reconstruction surgery. Firstly their staff was able to get me a cancellation appointment the same day I called. When I got there , Graham was able to diagnose my walk, and what may be causing my pain and explain it to me in terms I understood. He got me setup with a brace and now orthodocs are coming.
