Been here before and it was awesome, but brought my mom here and they weren't busy at all, they sat us right away and left us. We never saw a waiter and left without eating.
The wait staff was excellent other than us being told two different things about how things worked, one when we came in and chose what we were going to eat and another when we went to pay. The manager was not reasonable. He was rude, loud and very disrespectful. Threatening with police because we questioned the bill! I’m extremely disappointed with our recent experience at Kintaro, especially because this was supposed to be a special celebration for my husband’s 30th birthday. We came to Kintaro as a party of 12. We live about 35 minutes away and have been coming to Kintaro for years because we genuinely love the restaurant. I am very disappointed with this location. The Woodmere location, or the Toko locations in Kent and Streetsboro are a lot better, especially for the price. As soon as I walked in, there was a sign that said their prices were increasing, and I usually don't mind especially if I am already expecting to treat myself, but after I walked out I am definitely regret making the drive out here.
