I’ve had several lower back surgeries including fusion which left me with debilitating radicularapothy in lower legs and right foot. Dr. Fallin and his staff is in my personal opinion one of the best, if not the best pain management doctor you will ever meet. I have entrusted Dr. Fallin and his staff with my severe degenerative disk disease in my upper neck and brainstem for many years now, they all genuinely care for each and every one of their patients. It really saddens me to hear today from Dr. Fallin himself that he will be closing down his facility here in Kinston around September 2025, and moving to Pennsylvania.
