Medication is never ready when I go pick it up even after my doctor had called it in early. They gave me the run around for weeks saying that I need prior authorization for medication that my insurance recommended so there was no way they needed prior authorization. I requested Walgreens to be switched to my pharmacy and all of a sudden Kinston Clinic North Called to tell me my medication was mysteriously ready after Walgreens got in touch with them about transferring.
