A SWINDLE. We needed our church parking lot plowed. They charged us $3,500. They evaded giving a quote before hand. "it depends" The last time we got the lot plowed it cost $750. During this same storm, in Monroe we got our WHOLE 20-house neighborhood plowed for $200.
