Edit: the facility and staff have improved things, and now it's quite pleasant. I can't speak to the treatment of people that have issues, and any refund situation, as I didn't have to mention any issues. Previous: Be warned - staff will not inform you if there's only 15 minutes left to swim and that they will be closing everything. The hot tub is about a thousand degrees and injured my feet.
