I have known this clinic for more than a decade when saw Simon for my shoulder problems. Lately for past 2+ years I came back to this clinic for my shoulder problem as pain was not going away despite seeing another physio at another clinic. Explained it to Carmen, admin staff who booked the appointment with Emily, Physiotherapist on same day. I have all good words for Emily.
