Great Aqua size classes. Pool is warm and it is accessible
Love this pool. Temperature in pool is warm but not too warm. Lap swim is VERY enjoyable as there is no diving board and not hundreds of people around. Always clean in the locker rooms, the washrooms and hallways . Try it! You will like it.
Extremely unwelcoming experience. I visited this afternoon hoping for a swim, but the front desk staff was incredibly rude and condescending. When I asked to buy a 'ticket,' she felt the need to correct my English ('it's go-through, not tickets') instead of simply helping me. It made me feel very uncomfortable and targeted. The facility itself is dated and lacks basic amenities like hair dryers. The pool was overcrowded with children, making it impossible to swim laps.
