Great generator sales, service, and support!

Poor service, outrageous pricing. Overcharged me for hours worked and didn’t solve the problem. Do not think they are the only option when repairing your residential equipment. I made that mistake. There are other options. All kinds of added charges to the bill on top of the ridiculous hourly rate they charge but adding an extra hour of labor to my bill is what really aggravates me.
My electrician purchased our home Kohler Generator at the end of 2021. Unit worked for 2 hours. It has been 6 months - have been promised by Kinsley / Kohler to have repair part 4 times and still do not have. Do not have the courtesy to call and keep me updated on anything. It is like we are inconveniencing them instead of opposite. My electrician says they used to be great but certainly not the case. I would not give this company any stars, but since it's required to write this review, I had to give them one. This company takes advantage of consumers, buyers beware!! On Thursday, January 27, 2022, I placed a service call with the Kinsley Group for my generator. I was informed that travel time would be billed, which I understood, but the tech was only about an hour from my house, so I was not concerned about the hour of travel time.
