The initial experience I would say went subpar. I moved into a property in West Memphis on 8/4/2017. I was never prorated but I wasn’t going to make a big fuss over four days. Paid on time, no MAJOR issues with the home. I didn’t sign a new lease as my company was thinking to relocate me back to FL. The yearly lease does make provision for month to month.
