We love the Country loaves from Kinship. Simple and delicious!
You might wonder if Benjamin has perhaps stepped out of the forest to deliver his warm loaves of bread. And I think you might be right. If you hold your still-warm loaf close to you, it is not unlike holding a warm, sweet smelling newborn in your arms. Especially on a cold day. Please make sure to have good butter on hand. I mean REALLY good butter.
