Yesterday we noticed our furnace not working properly…so I called Kinsey & Kinser heating and cooling..today at 1pm technician was there and had it working perfectly before he left..Buford West was the technician and he was very polite and diagnosed the problem…told me up front my options and what it would cost before he finished the job…I appreciate him…. very happy with his work today. Thanks again Buford !!
Robbie from Kinser & Kinser did a fantastic job for us in a emergency situation. This was on a Saturday and our thermostat in our AIRBNB cabin (with guests in the cabin) wouldn't work. Robbie fixed in within 2 hours of calling K&K. He was professional and skilled in the operation of HVAC systems. Thanks Robbie!
