Had 2 different issues with my AC over 3 days. With weekends it ended up being 9 days without AC. Kinser was great to work with, they came out on a Saturday to fix the issue.
They are a little pricey for service calls! But they are on time and know what they are doing!
WOW...having three girls in the house and the heat going out...didnt take much to say yes lets schedule to this company..got a couple other estimates omg..!!...Kinser and Kinser does not play games..BEST PRICE FOR QUALITY systems and wow the customer service was like ten star...thank you Kinser and Kinser..!!!
Y’all need to rethink your ads on YouTube. Highlighting Core Values over 10 seconds. No audio. I had no idea what you all were offering. I was so baffled by the marketing I had to look y’all up. So maybe it worked?
What ever they are paying David it’s not enough. This is one of those guys you ask “so how long have you been doing this” and you’re not surprised to hear, “I’ve been with the company for 33 years”. Outstanding service. Unlike many plumbing companies that “also do HVAC”, Kinser is a true HVAC company, I’ll always use this true HVAC company for HVAC needs. Thanks again Kinser!
