Dropped in to see what helmet size I’d be as I’m just getting into motorcycles. Was met with a load of sour attitude as “people come in to get sized up then go buy online”. Maybe instead of interrogating customers on if they’re buying in store or not, be a good person and give them decent customer service, and try and sell your product. Terrible salesmanship.
I recently needed some assistance in trying to diagnose an intermittent fault with a Honda generator. The service I received was outstanding, and I was given sufficient information for me to successfully locate and repair the issue. There aren't many places left that will still try and help you out even if there isn't an immediate sale on offer. Happy to say that Kinselas is one of those places that still goes the extra mile. One very happy customer.
Bought a Motorbike from Kinselas. I'd buy from them again. Joe was the salesman who sold me the gixxer 250. No complaints about the quality of the bike or service provided.
