We went to seek his services regarding a broken Shimano gear shifter and a misaligned bottom bracket and were immediately treated like deviants due to his apparent disapproval of certain e-bikes. He indicated that we should've bought one from his store and it serves us right that we didn't. The bike is brand new, but he told us there could be insurance issues, because it might spontaneously combust and burn his shop down... Decent range of stock especially for a smaller country town. Nice staff...
Dropped in to see what helmet size I’d be as I’m just getting into motorcycles. Was met with a load of sour attitude as “people come in to get sized up then go buy online”. Maybe instead of interrogating customers on if they’re buying in store or not, be a good person and give them decent customer service, and try and sell your product. Terrible salesmanship.
