Great service, Charlie was on time, friendly, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. Clogged drain pipe, ran a camera, found tree roots. Ran a rodding machine down pipe chewed up the roots and he was done. Problem solved. Should have called kinsel trucking & excavating LLC first! Great job Charlie Smith. Thanks!
Had a great experience with Charlie Smith from Kinsel Excavating. They do alot more then just Excavating apparently. I had a bad clog where my sink and shower pipes go into the main pipe. Tried liquid plumber and everything. Couldn't get a snake to it and water was backing up into my basement through my washer drainage pipe. They came in quick and clean and problem solved. Thanks again Charlie Smith and Kinsel. Highly recommend.
Charlie Kinsel arrived at my house not long after I called the office about sewer issues. He was very polite, professional, and knowledgeable. The problem was taken care in a reasonable amount of time. I would definitely recommend him!

Charlie Smith came to my home to camera my sewer line since my neighbor had been having issues with her sewer and was thought we were connected. As it turned out I have my own sewer line going out the front of my home and not through the side yard. Mr.Smith was very nice and knowledgeable of his job as well as his coworker I do belive his name was Jake.
