KINSEL was prompt in responding to my call and then setting an appointment to do the work I’d requested. Charlie and JT were the ones that fixed my water shut off valve at the city connection. They were prompt and arriving on time and work efficiently. I was very pleased with the service they provided.

They were wonderful!!! Very polite and very professional. They even explained what they were doing to my 11 year old grandson when he asked them what they were doing and why. They didn’t have to do that, but they made his day and I appreciate that. I would recommend them highly.
