Charlie was fantastic. He took the time to finally figure out our continued sewer problem. He also provided great video, drawings, pictures and explanation. We felt very comfortable with Charlie on the job.
Charlie Smith with Kinsel Excavating did a great job. They were very fast at getting our sewer repair done.
Called kinseltrucking..the morning of my drain clogged . I have a septic tank. Was told by Josh to call office. When called the secretary took my information. An she said send work order out. An some one would call me with time they would b at my place.josh call me an was sending work order to Charles an he would call me. He called an would b at my place in a half hour.
