Believe the reviews!! Theres a $45 application fee and you MUST make $3500 after taxes per person in the household in order to be approved. Which is no where listed on their website. Who tf do they think is moving in??! Terrible communication and false advertising. $45 down the drain but a good life lesson i suppose!
This place was horrible out of all of my years of renting I have never experienced so much unprofessional people. I was here for 3 years too long the never fixed anything I ask from the time I moved until I was illegally evicted. I was supposed to receive my deposit back and they are now saying I won’t because I owe all this money which is for the things they never fixed . I hope someone from corporate sees this because Michelle Ohlhauser (Mickey ) was the worst and she would not give me corporate information as I have email... read more
