Make sure to triple confirm your appointment before going. I drove 20 minutes for an appointment I confirmed for a Saturday. I work during the week and can only take my cars in for service on the weekend. I was excited because I didn’t have to drive to Ashland. My appointment was for the following Saturday at 9am and placed it on my calendar right after the call. I go there, and he says there is no appointment and there couldn’t be on a Saturday. John is a pro. Had a wheel bearing in my Tahoe go bad while on vacation. John promptly returned my call a let me know he was booked but could squeeze us in since it was an emergency. Had it fixed really fast. Super happy
This is a one man shop, John is very knowledgeable and does good work.
We couldn’t possibly find a better car repair shop. John helped us diagnose the problem over the phone while driving after hours and then worked us into his next day schedule, doing a car repair which saved our Michigan vacation. We wish we could use his services for all our car needs, but sadly we live 4+ hours drive away.
