Horrible communication originally quoted one price. Then the prices goes up without ever being notified. There was no communication about why and if I wanted to continue with repairs never happened. Then when questioned about why I was never updated, he became upset and stated "am I supposed to call for every little part or when something came up." I dont recommend. I suggest you go somewhere else

Kinney’s Auto Body Shop did an amazing job on my car. The team was friendly, honest, and kept me updated throughout the whole process. My car looked brand new when I picked it up, and the turnaround time was quicker than I expected. You can tell they really care about their work and their customers. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone needing quality auto body work!
Terrible customer service. I was in the Middle of discussing options for painting my hood and bumper he cut me off and said he would not be interested in the job since I was being cheap. I was not being cheap simply discussing options for the job. I just walked away after that there’s no need to treat people like that.
