I would like to respond to Jamers056 response foe Kinney's Autotune on 06/27/2014. I just seen the post. I'am the guy that you talked to. The sad thing is i never asked him if he was going to rob the place. I went to the shop about 5:30 pm to see if they could work on the car. I wanted to leave it on friday because I live in Chico and I didn't want to have to go back again. My dad, son in law and I were looking for the hours on the window when a guy came out of the back gate and asked us if we were trying to rob his place. I am happy with there services. The people are friendly and the work done was with attention to detail and worth consideration to my wallet.
My dad has been going here for a while and so when my car started to miss fire he told me to go to them. I was hesitant at first just because I don’t like the mechanics due to past experiences with others trying to sell you repairs that you didn’t ask for or even need. I asked them to change out my spark plugs due to the miss firing but after dropping my vehicle off they promptly called me back and advised that all my spark plugs looked fine and it was most likely a ignition coil, they had one shipped to them from Sacramento... read more
