I love Oliver Subaru of Rutland. The Service Team led by Brian have been servicing my car since 2012 and know everything about imy outback and how it runs. So much so when I was having a bit of an issue I called from Florida and Brian said it sounds like a problem with the gas cap, "just make sure you tighten it real well after you gas up and you should not have any problems." Took my vehicle in on short notice and accomplished everything.
I literally bought my car through text messages. Chris was great to work with. He was excellent at customer service. There was a small hiccup in the whole process but I was able to speak with the dealership and they took care of the situation and made me feel like they valued me as a customer. Because of my experience and satisfaction I will be buying from them again in the future when the need arises. A big thank you to Chris and Curtis for helping me get an amazing car for an amazing price!
