Car shopping can be miserable. Not here. After looking exhaustedly at hundreds of used cars for my son who was leaving for college 2,000 miles away, we found this dealership. It was 2.5 hours away, but based on my initial conversations I could tell this dealership was different. I paid $1300 for breaks and rotors, they forgot to re attach my EMERGENCY BREAK. I own a stick vehicle, I relay on my EMERGENCY BREAK. Especially on hills. I attempted to park on a hill the day of getting my car back. I can not leave my car in gear, so the car starter can work since it is cold out. I pull the EMERGENCY BREAK have my foot on the break.
