Not my cup of tea I really can't say much of anything good about this agency. Well ok, they were fine when we did not have a claim to make. My family did business with this agency for homeowner's insurance and to cover special items. We were robbed two years ago and made a claim. Not long after that our rates increased to a ridiculous amount. We had a second claim when my camera was stolen from my car and this agency dropped us like a hot potato after nearly two decades as a loyal customer.
