I get excellent customer service whenever I call in and a very professional response when I request something. Erica in accounting was the professional I dealt with today. Our on site manager Rhonda has been really attentive to all the details and needs at Palo Verde Greens.
Just got off the phone with yet another new representative from Kinney Management as they seem to have trouble keeping staff and I was told it is LAW that I keep making my HOA payment. When I asked the rep what LAW she is referring to and if she could email me the LAW she quickly back tracked and said that she was referencing the HOA rules.
