Some of the associates are unbelievably rude. I get it, life can be challenging, but this place really needs to ensure their staff treats customers nicely.
The cashier, Daniel. I think his last name is Henkle, has made disparaging remarks about my wife’s appearance. There was a few ways to address this, and I feel this avenue would be the appropriate way to avoid doing something irresponsible.
Kinney store 90 in Fulton NY is toxic work environment for anyone working there. I've put up with it longer than I should have.. I would not recommend working here..they bully the workers because they feel it's ok .. I am quiting today, have seen others quit because of this treatment. I am now under Dr care because of them. Sarah and Nicole should not be in charge,they need further training..
Told my wife today that she would have to pick up her script a day late because the pharmacist was not having a good day and my wife was trying to pick her script a day early. Unbelievable how unprofessional. I love kinney drugs but this one pharmacist needs to go. She is not good for business. Our insurance company pays thousands every month like clockwork and I'm sure corporate would not be pleased to lose both of our accounts over a rude pharmacist.
