How can a pharmacy close from 1:00-1:30 for lunch? Can’t rotate? Poor management decision.
If I could give zero stars, I would. This specific location is awful. I waited in the drive thru line behind ONE car for 14 minutes, to then wait at the window for 5 mins and not even get acknowledged by an employee...I wouldn't be as pissed off about this situation had someone atleast given me the common courtesy of acknowledging me and letting me know they'd be right with me...but to make a customer feel completely ignored after they've already been waiting a fair share of time, is completely unprofessional and awful custo... read more
Stacie is a rude employee. Ever feel like someone hates their job and makes you feel like your a bother to ask for help. Some people aren't meant for customer service position and that's okay as long as you don't apply for that position. Treat people like you want to be treated. I will be going to another store from now on. The prices are extremely high as well.
My mother and my father have been coming to Kenny's drug store probably as long as they have been open Always a pleasure to pick up their medicine everybody is so professional and very caring Thank you so much Kenny's drug store for taking care of my parents
