Wrong place to go if you have serious medication needs, rare diseases or organ transplant. My autistic son gets anti rejection medication and medication for a rare disease. He takes 27 pills a day. Never had any issues with another pharmacy until relocating to Vermont. When we first relocated here and went there, we went over everything and they were able to help and put together bubble packs for him. This lasted about 9 months. Not sure why such terrible reviews. I've never had a major issue and been going here for years. Pharmacies have a ton of red-taped policies and procedures they have to follow by law - be upset about the regulations if you need to be angry at something, but don't hate on the staff.
Reliable, accurate, dependable as usual. I can't imagine going anywhere else. Nice, hard-working people!
How to get a prescription refilled at Kinney Drugs. 1. Call Kinneys. 2. Have the auto attendant ask if you’d like to refill _____. 3. Say yes. 4. Have the auto attendant say “We’ve received your request. Your prescription will be ready at noon tomorrow.” 5. Go to Kinneys after noon the next day. 6. Spoke to Brittany at the pharmacy, had an attitude and is one of the rudest people I’ve ever enountered. Avoid this place at all costs!!
