Absolutely the worst service I've had with a pharmacy. Have had this kinneys as a pharmacy since I was a kid.Very disappointed I was told 45 mins to an hour for my prescription 3 different times. While the cashier complained about not having help while 2 of the other workers are texting and talking on their cellphone behind the counter while myself and my kid are told again another hour kinney drugs should be embarrassed and ashamed of this kind of behavior. The pharmacy staff is efficient, professional and customer friendly. I have never had customer service issue since they have established in Bridgeport. My prescriptions are filled in a timely manner. I have zero complaints. If someone does have true complaint, call their corporate office.
