We pick up medications for my wife at Kinney Drugs. They are always very kind and compassionate. It’s quite obvious the negative reviews have never been a healthcare worker in any capacity. Medical workers in all professions aren’t in the field because they don’t care. Caring for people is their profession. The enormous pressure is beyond that of other jobs. So be kind and thank them for helping you.
Went there today and when I went through the checkout I said hello to the cashier. He ignored me and didn't even ask for my thrive card I asked for a money order and when I went to pay for it I was told I couldn't pay for it with a debit card. He was extremely rude to me like he didn't want to help me. My wife went in after and she was told to use cash. She used the cash and he couldn't get the machine to work. I like the pharmacy, super quick and never had a problem with for years
I stopped to pick up my prescriptions. I also now have a Workers Comp medicine and received my prescription card in the mail. I asked the woman if she needed to see the information prior to having my doctor send in the prescription and she said yes So, as it was not busy, I asked would you be able to do this now? She said "not really." As this was not the first time I've had issues with this pharmacy, I decided it would be my last.
