Haven't had an issue.. always get my prescription... if they don't have it they order it, and you have it within a couple days... Since giving this pharmacy a review.. I changed due to incompetence... They didn't check prescriptions that were on file... making me run out of medication.. Couldn't do the simplest things as giving non child proof caps, as requested.. stopped uses our Good Rx cards... changed to Walmart!
This pharmacy needs help with their quality of staff. Nothing but frustration every month trying to get my medications delivered. The actual pharmacists can be helpful but everyone I deal with trying to get transferred to the pharmacy is rude, ignorant and have no business working customer service. Absolutely ridiculous the amount of time I spend frustrated on the phone. Something goes wrong every month. The women in this location pharmacy has the worst customer service 2 days in a row I went to this location to get my prescription filled the women told me to come back each day saying the the shipment will come On the 3rd day I decided to call instead of going to this pharmacy they finally let me know my prescription was back ordered and they don’t know when it will come in now I have to find another pharmacy due to their lack of communication… TIMe WASTED
