Horrible store
Not a fan of your new pharmacy Ai prompts, it is horrible! It was way easier with the old prompts.
I used to give Kinney praise for the ease of filling prescriptions. They have now instituted "Burt" the stupid AI bot and now everything takes twice as long. Not impressed. If there was another pharmacy in town, I would take my business eslewhere.
My brother is sitting in the car after I Just picked him up from having his Knew replaced from the hospital hospital next door . When I stepped up towards the counter behind another couple picking up their med they felt they needed to. Close the counter so they could leave for their lunch. Meanwhile he is in agony sitting in the car. I can seriously say I am not impressed at all with Kinney Drugs! I am so glad I get my meds elsewhere!
The service has gone way downhill. I put in for a refill a week before I need it and was told it would be ready in 4 days. Went to pick it up then and was told it was not there and wouldn't be ready for 3 more days. This brought me to the day I needed it. Went to pick it up around 1pm and was told that they were leaving for lunch and that the delivery hadn't been unpacked yet so I should come back later.
