Very nice little store
Never a problem, very professional pharmacy & store workers. It's the only pharmacy for my family. And then you brought that (AI Bert ) in to the computer system, and now I have a huge problem. Bert would call my house 7 times in a row and give me a bunch of numbers, never knew who the scripts were for, told him not to call my house ever again, he continued. Had to tell him again, finally peace & quiet. I would rather have human interaction than a AI computer.
Staff is always helpful.
I don't like to be mean. So no 1 star. But why it says my script is ready and I load up children in the car and the script is not ready is ridiculous. Families need accuracy. Not more problems. The pharmacy closes at 7 and they said a script was filled at 5. Here is is 6:50 and still waiting. After a message was sent that it was ready!
