I was going to change pharmacies from Walgreen's since they no longer accept my insurance. I called Kinney's to see if they accept my insurance before making the change. Molly answered the phone-she told me "they should" accept my insurance but they wouldn't know for sure until they received the script and billed for it. This seemed odd to me. I politely asked her if she was sure, or if there was someone else she could ask so I wasn't having all of my medication sent there for nothing. I'm not sure why that triggered her so ... read more
