Both pharmacists are rude. The staff is fine. Store selection is ok.
The past couple of months. Kinney drugs on triphammer rd has gotten very SLOW, at filling prescriptions. On Tuesday September 13. The pharmacist was very rude. My sons medication was not done. Even though it was supposed to be done they day before. The pharmacist then told me i should have called earlier. I did on September 10.
I’ve been with this pharmacy for 3 years and every month since then, I’ve had nothing but problems going through them. You might ask why I chose to stay with them so long and that is because I myself work in retail and I understand dealing with a large amount of customers can be overwhelming and I was only seeing them once a month anyways… but the number of obstacles I’ve had to go through and excuses from the pharmacy workers just to get my medication I NEED has only increased every month.
