I have been using Kinney's since I went out on my own. I use to use Kinney's in the seaway plaza in Watertown NY but the company closed it. I was then transferred to state Street store in Watertown. This store is slow, rude, and incompetent. I have been waiting 3 days for an antibiotic to be filled. I've been out of my blood pressure meds for 3 days because they haven't filled that one. Just ridiculous. You've lost a customer in me and my family.
Does anyone actually work there? I have been trying to get a live person for 2 days. This is what happens: 1) the automated system offers options to select, 2) selecting 1 for "customer" gets more automated response options that all lead to leaving a message, 3) selecting non-customer options, such as receiving, etc., also lead to leaving a message even Human Resources! 4) using the directory, entering the spelling of S-m-i-t-h [there's always at least one employee named Smith at every company] leads to two choices and picki... read more
Awfull, can't get through to anyone or get return calls. They just don't care. DON'T believe their ads just read the reviews.
