I hate leaving bad reviews, but I had to put this out here to save future customers potential headaches. I picked up an antibiotic for my daughter and ran out of medicine on dose 9 out of 14. When I called the pharmacy to inquire as to why we we didn't have enough medicine, they insisted that I had enough and that I must have mis-measured. I assured them that I had measured meticulously, and the agent made a comment about there being 2 bottles of medicine, and that it should have been enough. This has to be the worst retail pharmacy I have ever used. They message you that your prescriptions are ready, then tell you to come back the next day when you come you pick them up. The "employee owned" thing seems to have given a royal complex to most employees who are unpleasant to deal with. Today, I received a message that my prescriptions were ready. I took an Uber to pick them up. When I got there, a woman told me there there no prescriptions. Her supervisor then told me the same and confiscated my drivers license. I ... read more
