Rudest, least helpful staff. Claimed i didn't pick up my controls until 2 days after they filled them and told me I picked them up on a Wednesday at 6:13pm, a Wednesday I had a dr appointment in Phoenix ny at 6pm, but computers never make mistakes. They let me run out of anti-siezure medication. Then when my wife went to pick them up it took them over an hour to get the 2 scripts together. We recently began using Kinney Drugs on Rt. 281. I can't say enough good things about their pharmacy Switching pharmacies is always hectic, especially with my expensive scripts. Gregory, the pharmacist, has gone out of his way to help me maintain my manufacturing discounts and insurance approvals. He has done the same for my husband. Their service is rmarkable!!
