I am not one to leave a bad review, but here goes. Recently very sick with the flu, finally able to get it together enough to get in the car and go get a decongestant. I need the good stuff, regular old Sudafed behind the counter. Doing my due diligence, I wore a mask, go back to the counter, I'm the only customer there on site. All six of them are working along, busy filling prescriptions, three of them within ten ft of me. No acknowledgement that I'm there until about five minutes in. I arrived after 3. The pharmacy was already closed. Nancy the pharmacist kindly made an exception and filled my prescription. That goes above and beyond in my book. Thank you again Nancy for being so accommodating.
Scheduled a flu shot for my son. The employee was rude saying they only had a few left. Guess children don’t need flu shots? Then to go through the entire process to say insurance doesn’t cover it. Have it on your website or information about insurance available. This is why flu cases are so high. Can’t get into a primary care, can’t get it at a pharmacy. Do better.
This place needs help from a professional organization firm to get them on track.
