The women in this location pharmacy has the worst customer service 2 days in a row I went to this location to get my prescription filled the women told me to come back each day saying the the shipment will come On the 3rd day I decided to call instead of going to this pharmacy they finally let me know my prescription was back ordered and they don’t know when it will come in now I have to find another pharmacy due to their lack of communication… TIMe WASTED
in there today for my daily alcohol purchase and the clerk had a nasty attitude when i asked about the price increase....she is consistently rude when encountered at this kinney location
Have told them over and over that my family needs there meds delivered when it’s ready but every time gotta call and have issues I want Jack and his store back this is pissing me off Ever since Kinney’s closed in seaway plaza and went to state street try to call in prescription for family and automated thing ain’t the same as before and they have had hard time getting there meds
