Depends who you get, the regular employees are helpful, like the managers and senior employees. The ones you don't see often seem to eat a lot of crayons, lacking common sense.

Moved to the area so it was convenient location. However I soon learned this is the Worst pharmacy and pharmacists ever! Never have I ever had a pre-authorization done that still required a doctors phone call, even the doctor was confused. Doctors have more legal say than a pharmacist in NY state, the pre-authorization was the doctor saying its ok stupid! Never using this pharmacy again!
