The service there has gone downhill. I pulled up to the drive-thru and waited for over 5 min at the window before I just left. At the very least they can acknowledge me and I would be more inclined to be patient. I also has an incident where they were unable to fill a prescription that had been sent in the week prior. That was on a Sunday and finally two days later they assisted me after being pressed to locate the medication at another Kinney's which they should have done in the first place. Worst pharmacy ever. They have made me run out of three of my medications in less than a month. I recently transferred from the Rite Aid down the street because it closed but regret transferring anything to this pharmacy. I have also had them say they would fill my refills on a Tuesday then when Tuesday passes I had to call them to fill my rx. I will be transferring all my scripts out to Wegmans down the street. I will also be filing a formal complaint with the board of pharmacy next week.
