My wife and I have been going here for years. I don't recall any negative experiences. From the Pharmacy staff to the front, you will always meet someone who's snap ready to lend assistance. From Jake, Rob, Doug, Zoohar (spelling?), Lilliana, and Tamara...all Pharmacy, to Tammy, Eva, Josh, Joe and a brothers name that escapes me at the moment. For complaints regarding medications... Transferred everything out of this pharmacy. Everytime you go to pick something up its "it'll be ready tomorrow." Somehow its never ready to pick up, and when they say it's filled is actually when they're ordering the meds to fill them who knows when.
This is the first and last time I will use this pharmacy! I called to find out how long before I can pick up my prescription, and was told one hour. When my roommate got there, an hour and fifteen minutes later, he was told it would be another 30 minutes. My roommate took exception to this and yes, he said something smart mouthed. But! The employee, then said "Well, now you can wait a COUPLE OF HOURS!" To me, already late taking this medication, this is unprofessional and unacceptable.
