I waited in the drive through for over 25 minutes behind one car already at the window. When I got to the window they told me I had to leave and come back in 15 minutes, even though they texted me I had a prescription ready. They didn’t do the second one because they like to have it come from the warehouse instead of off their shelf for their convenience. They did have it in stock. Not the first time this has happened but today it was very rude from the pharmacist herself who told me I could leave or come in.
Worst customer service ever. I have never ever had an issue refilling a script. After talking with my doctor and deciding to try a new path in my treatment I got prescribed a new medication. My doctor called it in and hours later I called to have my previous prescription for a different medication re-filled. Thinking why not kill two birds with one stone…. My wife and I have been going here for years. I don't recall any negative experiences. From the Pharmacy staff to the front, you will always meet someone who's snap ready to lend assistance. From Jake, Rob, Doug, Zoohar (spelling?), Lilliana, and Tamara...all Pharmacy, to Tammy, Eva, Josh, Joe and a brothers name that escapes me at the moment. For complaints regarding medications... Transferred everything out of this pharmacy. Everytime you go to pick something up its "it'll be ready tomorrow." Somehow its never ready to pick up, and when they say it's filled is actually when they're ordering the meds to fill them who knows when.
