Great place
I had a prescription called in to the Nottingham store on 2/24 never got a call that it was ready i needed, to start taking it on 3/8 on 3/7 I called and it’s been ready since 2/24 sitting there 2 weeks ,they never bothered to call me to let me know it’s was there had I not called on 3/7 I would not have started it on 3/8. How long does it take to call to let someone know to pick up the prescription.
I've never had a bad experience with a pharmacy until I started getting my prescriptions at Kinney. Not once have I gone in and have had a prescription on time. They leave you on hold for 15+ minutes and tell you it will be ready at a certain time and when you go in to pick it up, they tell you to walk around for 20 minutes. By the time you are back at the counter- they tell you they don't have it in stock and come back tomorrow and keep delaying it. Seriously one of the worst and most stressful experiences here.
