Kinney Drugs has deplorable customer service. The purpose of Medicaid is to cover the OTC and other meds not covered by other insurance/Medicare. Different pharmacies have filled OTC meds in part for this reason. With the assault on everyday folks we are now forced to pay for Medicaid meaning many folks only have it when they can afford it.
