Wonderful physician! Willing to put his patients' best interest above all. Skillful and knowledgeable. He spent so much time explaining my treatment options. Highly recommend this doctor!
He delivered both of my children, one in 1990 the other in 2001 in Massillon. Still miss him and his office girls. Excellent care and have never been able to find a doctor like him since he relocated.
He was my doctor when he was in Massillon,Oh..... I still miss Dr. Kinney. So nice and truly cared for his patients. A straight to the point doctor.
Terrible bed side manor. Doctor seems very judgmental and not friendly at all. Staff and nurses were great and facility was clean.
