Pretty disappointed in the brick we got here. We had to pull up brick in just one room and try to match the rest of the house. The guy who worked here was pretty confident in his recommendation. You can see the photos - not the greatest match. I get that it’s hard to match old brick but it seems like there had to have been a better match? Maybe not. Regardless my biggest issue is that he didn’t tell us that most of the bricks would have this “cinnamon swirl” which showed up after sealer was applied. Now we have to have our b... read more
they take a long time to load
Excellent customer service! The worker gave me some bricks to take home to see which ones matched better to my project. Extremely happy because no other business do that!
Very helpful service, and quick too. I called and they had the thin brick tiles that I needed for a repair to a 50 yr old brick floor. Brian was very nice and knowledgeable. Kinney Brick saved the day on my floor project.
