Unacceptable customer service. Ryan at the showroom had a very bad attitude. I asked for thin brick and he went over to show me the thinest brick they had and I told him, that I was looking for the 1 1/“4 and he responded super rudely saying well what do you want. I responded with You don’t have to be rude about it. And he said well I asked you which one. People like Ryan need to be taught to deal and provide good customer service. I still went ahead and bought what I needed regardless of his actions.
These guys are awesome. Very friendly customer service, very patient when choosing pavers, and they even gave me advice and best practices on how to lay the bricks. The endicott pavers are out of this world, absolutely beautiful. Thank you, I will be back.
These guys manufacturer the bricks and have done so for many years. And I get it, they are geared mainly for bulk sales for builders. But still, they are open to the public, and I wanted to buy 2500 bricks for a project at my house. However, their website is pretty useless, and I wanted to actually just take a quick 1-minute look at the colors of their pavers, before placing my order. Pretty disappointed in the brick we got here. We had to pull up brick in just one room and try to match the rest of the house. The guy who worked here was pretty confident in his recommendation. You can see the photos - not the greatest match. I get that it’s hard to match old brick but it seems like there had to have been a better match? Maybe not. Regardless my biggest issue is that he didn’t tell us that most of the bricks would have this “cinnamon swirl” which showed up after sealer was applied. Now we have to have our b... read more
