My first ever sports massage I was absolutely blown away. As a long time climber, I’ve always had tightness in my neck and back. After the massage I did a quick audit of movements and was amazed by how much better I felt immediately after the session. Ryan was amazing and very fun to talk to while he works his magic.
Ryan gave me the best massage of my life. I usually leave massages feeling like the pressure wasn’t enough, but he understood exactly what I needed. His work felt focused, therapeutic, and genuinely effective, like he was addressing the problem areas, not just going through the motions. I left feeling such a difference in my body. If you want a sports massage with real pressure and skill, book with Ryan. I’m so happy I found him!
I had my first session with Ryan and it was amazing! Ryan is very personable, friendly, respectful, an active listener, and did a really great job overall! He answered all of my questions and is very knowledgeable in this field! As a very active person, he was thorough and offered different suggestions to meet my needs! I look forward to continuing sessions moving forward! I highly recommend his services!

Over the course of some months, he was able to help me out and show me effective skills to work through my problems. I work a pretty demanding job, long hours on my feet and I... read more
Ryan is a miracle worker. I've been going to him for massages for a little while now and have never felt better. Highly recommend!!
