Ryan is the best. I came in with hamstring issues and he was immediately able to tell that the root cause of my problems was actually my hips. Ryan is hands down the best to go to for massage/body work! While he’s already intuitive about his clients…he still takes the time to listen to what you need, what your goals are and aligns himself to them! Highly recommend if you’re an athlete and trying to avoid injury or working through some recovery and need some support.
