UPDATE: Lot rent increased more than 5%. This park is DEFINITELY not worth the money I pay them. When I asked why no amenities are being added, I was told they relocated and updated the children's park. Well great, people with no children are NOT getting any additional amenities. Just don't do it. Please. Moving here was the worst decision I've ever made. Find an apartment, buy a house, live in an RV, move in with family, move in with strangers, camp in a field. Dianne the property manager is the worst. Took 3 months to put in a work order just to clean out the gutters. Also she will look for any reason to not refund your deposit. We left the property spotless but they wanted to keep my security deposit for shotty craftsmanship on there countertops where 2 small "less then a quarter size" spots started to flake off. DO NOT BUY OR RENT IN Kinnebrook THE Manger is A Big Lair, She Lies to your Face and promises everything but her and the trailer park cannot deliver and has become a renters Park, they can't sell there new homes anymore, so they decided to rent them instead. Poor management and a discussing community. I'm out of here asap. Land rent is skyrocketing high and land taxes are very low, but they are added into the land rent @ $600.00 per month.
