You will not find a greater or more caring doctor anywhere! He is totally awesome , working constantly to help you find the right meds and treatments . I highly recommend him. The office staff , including Tyler, are always going above and beyond to help.
Dr Patel is a really good pulmonologist. I have suffered with severe asthma for many years. Dr Patel expressed his concerns when he asked how many times I use my rescue inhaler daily. When I told him at least 20 puffs a day! He immediately raised concerns and prescribed me Faserna. At my last visit I advised him after being on Faserna for 2 years it helps a little. Dr. Patel and the team at Atrium Health Intensive Care Unit SAVED MY LIFE in September and October of 2021. We had never met, I was handed off to him at my worst, and he did what needed to be done to restore my health. I am super thankful for his dedication to his craft. I wouldn't be here without the leadership he provided my care team, and the grace of God.
