So, I never write reviews but feel compelled to do so after reading the other previous reviews. I've been a business Executive for 30+ years until retiring this year and I have high standards and communicate in a very direct manner with high expectations. I can 100% vouch for Kinnaird and in particular, Heather. Yes, there were delays due to Covid after ordering but Heather was honest every step of the way. Earns ZERO stars! After 10 months of nothing - cancelled my order and obtained a deposit refund. Buyer beware - they are NOT able to get the materials from the quarry. Why are you taking orders if you can’t get materials. Heather has poor communication skills after several unanswered messages I finally emailed her Dad at his mayoral address, that got a response! Update: 7 months after I cancelled my headstone order with Kinnaird a beautiful stone was delivered and set within the different company’s estimated delivery time. S... read more

We’re now into this endeavor 15 months, with no head stone! Order was placed last August 2021 and we knew the stone we picked would take longer than usual, so Heather set a date of the one year anniversary as the goal to get the head stone set. We went in this past June ‘22 to pay the remaining balance on the head stone. Up until this point, we had not yet even received a sketch of the design on the stone like we were promised. Finish paying for headstone in February have yet to receive a drawing of the stone to approve it so it can be made . I have called twice once in may and than 2 weeks ago about it only to get excuse after excuse now it's been 6months still nothing . I'm doned want a refund . Don't come here to place a order cause your never get it . Go somewhere else .
