Earns ZERO stars! After 10 months of nothing - cancelled my order and obtained a deposit refund. Buyer beware - they are NOT able to get the materials from the quarry. Why are you taking orders if you can’t get materials. Heather has poor communication skills after several unanswered messages I finally emailed her Dad at his mayoral address, that got a response! Update: 7 months after I cancelled my headstone order with Kinnaird a beautiful stone was delivered and set within the different company’s estimated delivery time. S... read more
