Have ordered from this place before and it has always been great, but my sticky chicken rice bowl was beyond disappointing today. Chicken was clearly a chicken nugget and the tangy ginger and garlic sauce was blatantly BBQ sauce. There simply isn't any excuse for this. If you don't have the proper ingredients, take it off the menu.

I can’t comment on the service or atmosphere as I ate at Newport Market so left these at 3 stars. The food though was unbelievably disappointing. I ordered vegan sticky chicken rice bowl and it was �17 for a small bowl of plain, unseasoned white rice with stir fried onion and green peppers, and what I think was Quorn chicken nuggets cut in half covered in BBQ sauce. Check the pictures, Absolute scam, not authentic Thai food not even close. Ordered a �14 pad kra pow bowl and they gave me this absolute joke place should be closed what a disgrace to Thai cuisine. Disrespectful to Thai food not pad kra pow at all. Portions are a joke as well.
If you want authentic Thai, don’t go here (Gloucester Quays). Much better places in town that offer truly genuine Thai food. Real shame as could be good but food really not good.
