I had my windshield replaced July 2024 they did a fine job. I noticed this summer that the auto rain sensor on the wipers was not working and finally was at the dealership and had them look at the problem. Dealership said that the rain sensor was not installed correctly when the windshields was replaced or that the windshield would have to be replaced. Steven was great he went above and beyond to take off our old sign that was sticking to the old glass. And the price was unmatched, also only took a day to get here! Very amazing!
Called and asked them to come do a window replacement, the gentleman was very nice and courteous saying that the lady that does the estimates was out today. Which was fine, but then I never heard a single word back from them for the next entire week. They weren’t interested in my small job. It’s clear they don’t care about the average homeowner (not where the money is) and only big contractor based companies is their bread and butter. Don’t waste your time if you’re an average person.
