I went to buy a New Vactor and Rick the sales representative is very Kind, Thank you
Well my experience wasn't so good. They wanted to charge me $20,000.00 for a new fan and a new transmission (the blower transmission). And I haven't found a thing wrong with the transmission except the bearings. They over charge you for things and replace instead of repair anything. I will not use this company again. I am very disappointed in how this company treats there customers. Professional Inline Services
